We make and supply sweet and no added sugar (nas) carob buttons from 900g through to 1,000 kg pallet lots.

Our carob is completely chocolate free, gluten free and the no added sugar variety is genuinely unsweetened to taste.
To ensure our discerning friends can enjoy the real taste of carob
and not have any chemicals found in cocoa beans we make our carob with specially prepared, trans-fat free, third-party certified, segregated, sustainable, palm kernel oil. We do not use cocoa butter with our carob as this will mask the real carob flavour.
Carob has naturally occuring lower fat but higher sugar content compared with cocoa (cacao) beans. Roasting carob is therefore very important.
It develops the carob flavour and also lowers the sugar content. The carob powder we use as the starting material in our manufacturing contains 35% sugar whereas the lighter carob on the market has 50%
sugar content and is milder in flavour which is then masked by the chocolate notes from the cocoa butter.

Sweet carob is available as buttons and frogs. The pack sizes of the frogs are 600g and the buttons in 900g packs from our online shop. Larger quantities are packed in 3kg, 5kg, 12kg boxes and 25 kg bags.
These buttons are suitable for consuming in button form or melting to coat the centre of your choice.

A favourite is our frogs which we make using Sweet or NAS Carob. They are solid pieces approximately 10g - 12g ea. These are available in either 900g packs via the Online Shop, boxes of 200 pieces or bulk 10kg boxes.
Nas Carob Baby Bilby solid pieces ( approx 15g - 18g ea) are available in 130g clear film bags. The the Online Shop has these available now however, as this is a new product please contact us for details on purchasing wholesale quantities.
The Baby Bilby is available throughout the year. It is being made as a compliment to the frog and its manufacture is not restricted to Easter only.

We make available the carob powder we use in our production for users who seek to purchase for their own use.
The online shop caters for purchases from 1kg up to 25kg in 1 kg lots.
We can supply for industrial usage in 25 kg bags either singly or in multiples for say, several hundred kilograms and up to one tonne pallet lots.
The carob powder is of Spanish origin and is roasted to a final sugar content of 35%.
