From this we have created our legendary fruitballs first made over 40 years ago. Known by many school child as a staple from their tuck shop, we now approach a third generation of consumers.
For those wanting a similar product but not made with sugar or glucose we have our juice fruitballs where the dried fruit and fruit juice combination enables us to produce a fruitball where the sweetening comes entirely from the fruit and juice ingredients. No cane sugar or glucose is used. Note that fructose predominates in this case.
